Our Vision

In the heart of Florida’s subtropical Treasure Coast, a remarkable museum is taking shape—one that will offer an immersive journey into the legacy of naval power and cutting-edge technology. The Treasure Coast Naval Museum will be anchored by a recently retired U.S. Navy surface combatant, a formidable symbol of American strength at sea and a tribute to the men and women who built and served aboard her.

At the core of the museum’s mission is the powerful story of this warship and the lives connected to it. From the skilled engineers and shipbuilders who brought her to life, to the sailors who served with courage and commitment across the world’s oceans, visitors will come away with a deep appreciation for their dedication and sacrifice.

To tell this story in a truly unforgettable way, the Treasure Coast Naval Museum will be collaborating with Hollywood filmmakers, defense technology innovators, and robotics experts. Through immersive 3D video, interactive virtual reality, and lifelike, conversant robotic sailors, guests will be drawn into a vivid and engaging experience—both aboard the ship and within the museum itself.

Non Sibi Sed Patriae

Inscribed above the chapel doors of the United States Naval Academy, this latin phrase translates to "not for self, but for country”. We are deeply humbled by this expression of patriotism taken up by our fellow citizens who, with risk of their lives, have been making the recurring payments on our freedom. Our museum is dedicated to them.
