Our Vision
The Treasure Coast Naval Museum is a bold initiative to create an immersive journey into the legacy of naval service, innovation, and sacrifice. At its heart will be a recently retired U.S. Navy surface combatant — a formidable symbol of American strength at sea and a tribute to the men and women who built, crewed, and defended her.
Our mission is to tell the powerful story of this warship and the lives connected to it: from the engineers and shipbuilders who crafted her, to the sailors who served with courage and commitment across the world’s oceans. Visitors will come away with a deeper appreciation of their dedication, sacrifice, and impact on our nation’s history.
To bring these stories to life, the museum will partner with filmmakers, defense technology innovators, and robotics experts. Through immersive theater, interactive virtual reality, and lifelike, conversant robotic sailors, guests will step into a vivid experience — both aboard the ship and within the museum itself.
